Our Story began in 2003 when Jamie & Hamza met at school, see our journey below!
2003 – Jamie and Hamza meet at Aldenham School
2012 – Collins Sarwar Estates is founded
2013 – Reached 50 properties on management
2014 – Collins Sarwar open our first shop in Kenton
2016 – Reached 100 properties on management
2020 – Moved location to a new office in Kenton
2021 – Collins Sarwar expansion began moving into a new office in Harrow Town Centre
2021 - Shaq joins the team as a Lettings administrator and then progressing into Office Manager
2022 - Nicole joins the team as a Property Manager
2023 - Reached 200 properties on management!
2024 Ethan Joins the team as a Lettings Administrator
2024 Collins Sarwar Estates re brand!

”I had wonderful experience with Collin-Sarwar Estates. I came to the UK from overseas and they helped me in every way to sort out references and payment details. Initially I wanted to live for 1 year but couldn't find a better and affordable place in Watford (Very close to Watford Junction). So, I extended my stay for another year. My room was big and toilet and kitchen was on the same floor. Everyone in the property is nice and welcoming.
